​As Vice President & Head - Risk and Compliance​, Ajay Kumar Singh has to ensure healthy asset quality of loan portfolio by focusing on credit and risk framework, compliance with statutory & regulatory guidelines and legal risk management including legal action related to portfolio assets. Over a career spanning 15 years, Ajay has worked in areas of Risk, Credit and Business, especially in the Infrastructure industry. Ajay joined ABIFL from Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd (IDFC), where he was responsible for credit risk function and setting up policies & processes for underwriting. Prior to joining IDFC, Ajay had a stint at Larsen & Turbo Limited. Ajay has completed his PGDBM from IIM Indore and B.Tech from IIT Kharagpur
