Dr. Sujatha Sudheendra heads the Human Resource & Admin function at Aditya Birla Finance Limited, the lending and wealth management arm of Aditya Birla Capital Limited. She is also the Head of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) mandate of the brand Aditya Birla Capital across all its businesses and subsidiaries. 

Sujatha has played a crucial role in leading the growth trajectory of ABFL. Over the years, Sujatha has been responsible for partnering with businesses to address their strategic needs, ensuring functional capability building and nurturing teams. She joined Aditya Birla Capital (formally known as ABFSG) in September 2008 and has been instrumental in driving the group's overall strategic mandate for Talent Management, which includes integrating Talent Assessment data with Succession Planning. In addition, Sujatha also played a significant role in formulating various key HR policies for the organisation. Sujatha moved to Aditya Birla Finance in November 2010 as head of Human Resources.

As the Head of D&I across Aditya Birla Capital, Sujatha is focused on defining, building, and strengthening the requisite framework and practices. She also oversees hiring and talent management practices to ensure the success and sustenance of this mandate.

Dr. Sujatha has had a rich career as an HR professional and management consultant, extending over 25 years, with experience across various sectors & industries. Before joining Aditya Birla Group, she worked with reputed companies like Procter & Gamble, SSI Technologies, ITC, and Fortis Healthcare. 

A certified MBTI practitioner, Dr. Sujatha holds a Post Graduate degree in Industrial Relations and an M.Sc. in Applied Psychology, with a PhD in Psychology. She has been recognised with many awards, including as Chief Learning Officer at the CLO Summit. Sujatha is also a regular speaker in various reputed forums across India.
