​As Joint Vice President & Head - Debt Capital Markets, Debt Institutional Broking, Prakash is responsible from origination-to-structuring distribution of corporate bonds, and structured credits that are spread across the yield curve. In a career than spans of over 11years, Prakash has executed several senior, mezzanine, hybrid, and credit enhancement corporate bond structures in order to optimise financing for a diverse clientele. He spearheads distribution across Institutional clientele, and also looks after the institutional debt broking. He has won numerous accolades for the DCM business and is a regular speaker at various debt market events. He is a certified Financial Risk Management (FRM) along with an MBA from the Mumbai University.​
