​Nikesh Gupta is the Chief Operations Officer at Aditya Birla Finance Ltd. He is responsible for defining, executing and managing solutions in the areas of Operations & Customer Service. He is an industry veteran with over 25 years of experience in Trade businesses, Operations, Commercial Banking, Client Servicing, Transformation and Digitization.

Before joining us, Nikesh worked with Citi Bank as Head Trade Operations, Europe Middle East Asia (EMEA) & America’s covering 65 countries. He has worked with esteemed organizations such as Kotak Mahindra Bank, DBS and Bank of America. During his tenure at Bank of America, he was awarded the Global CELA award (Customer Excellence Leadership Award) for demonstrating leadership & client focus over multiple years.

Nikesh has completed his MBA from the Institute of Management and Technology, Ghaziabad. He has completed General Management Program from IIM, Ahmedabad and has obtained his Graduation degree from the University of Delhi.
