Udayan Sharma has a diverse work experience of over 2 decades for managing strategy and planning of various businesses across the BFSI sector. Currently, he is the Head – SME, Wealth Management & Emerging Businesses at ABFL. He is a part of the leadership team and is responsible for the SME and wealth management businesses of ABFL. He is also spearheading the expansion of ABFL franchise in the lending business pan India.

Udayan began his career at Cromptons and also worked at ITC Limited before joining the Kotak Group. He joined Kotak Mahindra Finance Ltd. in 1994 as a Sales Manager, and was thereafter entrusted multiple vital responsibilities for building various businesses across the Kotak Group. His last assignment at the group was as a Fund Manager for Special Situation Fund.

​ Udayan is a Bachelor of Science Student from Delhi University, and a Management graduate from NMIMS. He has also completed an Executive Program from Harvard and an Executive Program from IIM – Ahmedabad in General Management. ​​
